After looking for a decent PT for weeks, I found Dom and absolutely love my weekly sessions. I have been going for 7 weeks and always feel at ease and comfortable with the work outs never feeling like weve been pushed too much, even though I can never walk the day after. The music is questionable but that's his only down fall! :)

Can’t recommend Dominic enough as a PT. Starting training with him 7 weeks ago as a gym novice and already starting to see results. He makes the sessions lots of fun, keep things interesting and has great knowledge on how to work your body for the best results. Trains you very hard and pushes you to limit yet somehow makes you want to come back for more!

I am delighted to be back with Dominic post lockdown. Dominic is a terrific trainer. He is inspiring and makes the workout fun. He takes the time to ensure you are doing what is right for you, whatever your level of fitness. He truly cares about his clients and has the knowledge and skills to develop a personal plan that will work. I've done three sessions with Dom and they've been brilliant. Good balance of pushing limits but not overdoing it. Dom's cheerful nature puts me at ease as well. I always come away really grateful for having done the session.
