I started my training with Zoe in January. She is lovely and supportive. She gave me the confidence and the support I needed. I have a busy family life .. and I am trying to be in the gym at least 5 days a week. I can see the results and Zoe and the team are amazing

I started my personal training with Zoe in January (2023) and I am already seeing results! I am so much more confident in the gym and even been challenging myself with my own circuits at the end of my workouts! I feel comfortable around Zoe, she puts me at ease and is very reassuring- she feels more like a friend than a personal trainer, canโt wait to see what more we can achieve together ๐๐

I started training with Michele from Wilder fitness in February 2022 after my previous PT left pure gym. At that point Iโd been weight lifting for about a year and had seen some improvements in form/strength, but knew I definitely had more in me. Graz was my main personal trainer and she was amazing. Every single step of the way, she wants to help- with achievable goals and constant support. Her sessions were hard work, but she never pushes you past your limits, she just tests them so you always come away filled with endorphins and a sense of achievement. Michele and Graz offer nutritional guidance too, tailored to you, and take a genuine interest in your well-being. I cannot recommend Wilder Fitness enough.

Wilder Fitness are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. I've been working with Michele for almost 3 months now, and beforehand I'd never managed to stick to a regular exercise routine, nevermind enjoy it. My fitness was holding me back on some of the trips I wanted to go on.
