Had a great day doing the authentic Indian cookery day - learnt extra knife skills and other little snippets of information. The head chef Al and his team were very helpful and great fun. Served up my prepared food to friends who all said Wow. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic day on the patisserie whole day course. Very welcoming, great instruction with humour and detail for those wanting to understand the processes behind each recipe in more detail. Delicious lunch, and went home with so many cakes I had to share with my neighbours! Thank you, and I look forward to coming back again.

A friend and I went on the authentic Indian cookery day. Absolutely amazing and great fun. Al the chef was very patient and explained everything really clearly and had time to ensure that everyone was at the same point without feeling rushed. Plus the food tasted amazing. Fabulous.

I've been working in yachting for 5 years and I was toying with the idea of moving into the galley. A friend of mine who is now working as sous/crew chef recommended me to white pepper. With so many courses to choose from I found white pepper to be the most approachable.
