Highly recommend. I started training with Jonathan a few years ago. After having kids my fitness levels had plummeted. I initially started off with a few PT sessions, until I felt comfortable going into group sessions.....and I’ve never looked back. I started training with Jonathan about 4 months ago and have only got good things to say about my experience. Truly excellent! I have been training with Jonathan for about a year and a half now and still loving it! He's an excellent trainer who helps you set & achieve your goals. The team sessions are fantastic. You get to meet some amazing, friendly people who you can have a laugh with and help motivate each other. My weight loss has been gradual but my strength & fitness have improved massively. Couldn't recommend White Method Fitness highly enough!
