We've just got home from Helen's 'Introduction to artisan breadmaking' workshop. What a fantastic experience! Helen's warm welcome, the character-filled atmospheric cottage with its beautiful vintage decor, the impeccable organisation of the day from start to finish, Helen's delicious food (breakfast, mid-morning tea and lunch) and the workshop itself were all absolutely top class. Helen is a masterful teacher. Her attention to detail is meticulous. She's fun, encouraging and full of informat...

My husband and I had the most amazing day learning how to make bread. One of the best cooking experience days I’ve been on. Such an intimate and informative experience. Highly recommend. Now we have to figure out how we are going to eat and store all the bread we made!!

A fabulous course in a beautiful environment and with an excellent teacher. Helen is an excellent teacher and walks you through each and every step of how to make sourdough the right way. I wish I had come there first rather than watch you tube videos. I could have save a lot of time and frustration. With an excellent breakfast and lunch included this course is graat value. I will come back to learn more. Thankyou Helen

I can't recommend this highly enough. Have just completed my first ever beginners course. Helen is so talented, an excellent teacher who put all us novices at ease. Breakfast to kick off the day, a variety of different loaves and rolls made and the most delicious home cooked lunch all provided. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and came home enthused to try myself. A real treat of a day. Book yourself onto a course.......you won't regret it.
