I attended my first ever cross fit class yesterday at WCCF. Firstly I had a very comprehensive body composition test on an impressive piece of machinery followed by a cross fit class led by a very attentive trainer who checked in on me constantly throughout the session. Their open gym is the best place to train for Powerlifting and Calisthenics! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They are so kind as to let me use their storage for my weights so that I can train at competition standards. Really grateful for their service. Thanks
