I did the mindfulness and well-being course with George on TEAMS. George was very knowledgeable and had a soothing voice, great for meditation and allowed for pauses. George used good group participation, asking others to either use the micro use the chat to participate. Would recommend to others who want to learn about different types of meditations and want to experience first hand relaxation whilst learning techniques. Thank you George! Nicola

I participated in L2 First Aid for Mental Health. The trainer, George, was very knowledgeable. The course was ran at a nice pace which allowed time for note taking and reflection. George had a very professional and empathetic style of communication. I very much enjoyed the course.

I attended the ‘resilience through Covid’ course after seeing it advertised online. I work as a Nurse Sister and the past few months have been some of the most challenging of my career so far. I attended the online Teams training for Resilience Through Covid with George this morning and I would recommend it to everyone. George was friendly and welcoming, as was the others on the training with us. It was informative for not only helping my own resilience and mental health but also how to offer help to others in different ways in which I have never thought of before. It was relaxed but effective and eye opening to how to support yourself and also people around you. Really helpful too...
