Jane is the most wonderful personal trainer. She is kind, encouraging and motivational in the best kind of way. She has provided a truly personalised training plan, taking into account my goals, current fitness levels and likes and dislikes. I started working with Jane over a year ago now and I am so glad that I did. Jane has completely changed my attitude to regular movement and exercise.
