  • Been training with Tim since Jan 2020. He helped me strengthen my shoulder after an injury and since then Ive got stronger and stronger. his training is varied and keeps pushing my weak points while keeping it interesting

He is a very kind, fun and energetic person that helps to keep training fun even though it may get hard sometimes.   • I joined the gym a little over a year ago and was going almost everyday but never truly saw a difference in my figure (my goal was to put on weight/muscle) I’ve been working out with Tim for just 3 weeks and already people have noticed a huge difference! Not only does Tim work around your personal goals and how often you can work out. But he makes you feel comfortable and confident with ease. Get this guy in your regime!!!

  • Tim has gone out of his way to help me make exercise a part of my lifestyle, even doing home visits! We have also worked out at the park which has been a real pleasure :) I never thought I would enjoy exercise so much and kettlebells in particular have helped me get stronger, more mobile and improve my fitness levels.
