Katie has helped me overcome lots of obstacles that were in the way of my fitness goals, she has not only built my confidence around training, but food and eating too. Having struggled with disordered eating for half my life, Katie has empowered me to not see food in categories of either bad or good, and not to treat food as a ‘reward’ or ‘punishment’. Had completely fallen out of love with fitness and was uninspired by the gym until I started training with Katie at Hidden Strength (a fab little studio). She has encouraged me and created programs which are easily transferable to individual gym sessions as well as during PT. I am amazed at how much my strength has improved over the last six months, as well as developing a much more positive outlook on exercise. Thank you!!!
