  • Nathan had been personal training me for 5 years and after having 2 children I needed to get back in shape ready for my wedding. He really helped me focus on the areas I needed to pushed me and motivated me to achieve my goal.   • Great results fast. After 5 months of Bootcamps I have the results I've always wanted. Total body toning and improved strength with no dieting. The 30 minute sessions are challenging, yet varied and fun. There is no monotonous counting of reps, or same excersise after same exercise. Lots of different equipment, and Nathan's inventive training techniques, means you can switch off and enjoy the sessions without realising how hard you are pushing yourself.   • I am currently working with Nathan to get fitter, stronger and ultimately lose weight. Since starting in September 2020, I have done things I never thought I was capable of, like lifting heavy weights! His PT sessions are hard, varied and fun. Nathan is dedicated to his job and is warm and friendly. I have recently started at his boxercise classes and absolutely love them. Would recommend Nathan to anyone

  • I absolutely loved working with Nathan on my weight and fitness goals last year. He’s professional, motivating and just generally a really nice guy. He really cares about his clients. I would (and already have) recommended him to anyone. He’s good with all clients from what I gather but in particular he helped me stay fit throughout my pregnancy to give me by far the fastest post-partum recovery so for that I’m so grateful. I look forward to working with Nathan again soon!

  • Nathan completely changed the way I feel about myself, I absolutely love attending his classes and PT sessions. He customised a personal fitness routine and diet plan to meet my needs, and makes sure that you stay on track by sending encouraging messages throughout the week. The results are better than anything I’ve ever tried before, I would highly recommend him!
