Join me, an astrophysicist, qigong teacher and Zen meditation teacher, in exploring a series of movement-based energy practices and still contemplations designed to help us find a sense of connection to our cosmic self - the view of ourselves as a being from, within, and of, the universe.
Suitable for all who have a curiosity about knowing and feeling our place as part of the universe. The movements will be gentle and accessible to all with reasonable mobility.

⭐️ Exploring a variety of still and movement-based practices designed to explore our place within the cosmos and our connections to it – scientifically, energetically and spiritually. Some of these will be done inside in the warm, and some outside under the night sky (under shelter if it's wet).
⭐️ Sharing a light picnic supper together with hot drinks included.
(Note: the event will go ahead whatever the weather.)
