  • I've known Graham since the early 1970s when we trained together. He's never lost his motivation and love of his art. I highly recommend this club and it's coaches. All you have to do is walk through the door!

  • Great karate club to learn fantastic new skills, resilience, build your confidence and improve both your physical and mental health. Generally an extremely friendly and diverse environment, a place where anyone can discover their abilities and feel as though they are part of a team. Here you will accomplish many achievements no matter how experienced you may be. Be a proud member of this club.

  • Started here 10 years ago to keep the wife happy. Never looked back and 7 years later achieved my first black belt. Hard work but well worth the effort. Friendly club with agreat atmosphere, would recommend it to anyone.

  • Used to practice karate at the Pembroke Dock dojo with Graham many many years ago. You learn life skills there, not only karate. Life skills that I have used my whole life, patience, discipline and respect. I am In awe of grahams dedication to the sport. I say sport, it’s a lifestyle to him and I’m sure that over the years he has instilled life skills into thousands of children and adults. Thank you sensei 🤜 💥

  • Have been part of parent and sibling group for nearly a year now, my son and myself attend twice a week, we throughly enjoy the club. We are currently training towards our second belt, which gives us an interest together. The club is fun, friendly and professional in its approach to the teaching of Wado Ryu karate. Can’t recommend this club enough, try it you’ll love it! 🥋
