I’ve had such a great experience working with Phil. I approached him 6 months ago to coach me through marathon training and I completed the distance last week with a new found love for running and a desire to do it again! He helped me trust the process and realise that marathon training is more than pounding out the miles. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I went to Phil as I wanted to improve my running fitness and I have to say I haven't been disappointed! Phil has been brilliant with my fitness and running form so much better than it was. Every session was tailored around what I was trying to achieve, which has definitely shown. What's more Phil is a genuinely lovely guy, with so much knowledge and great advice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

I recently visited Phil for an assessment to build a strength plan to help address some weaknesses in my running and to help make the next step forward in performance.
