This is the best personal training gym in Ealing. I have been training with Karl Gibson for over 8 years and I have never felt stronger or fitter. Karl is a former professional rugby player and his knowledge of training all ages and abilities of clients is second to none. I'm very much enjoying my training sessions with Carol at West London Fitness (I've had about 14 so far) - the gym is small but very functional, the trainers are friendly, and provide good workouts in a nice atmosphere. Would recommend!

I started training with Jamie at West London Fitness after a hospital stay left me with low energy and rapidly diminishing muscle strength. A good friend highly recommended him and I’m so glad I listened to her. It’s no exaggeration to say he has massively helped my physical and mental health. The gym is small and welcoming to everyone whatever their age, fitness level and aims. Highly recommend.

I have been training outdoors with Georgia W from West London Fitness for nearly a year now, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The sessions are hard, but great fun and have improved my fitness but also my broader health enormously. Would not hesitate to recommend - as I did to my parents, both of whom now train with Georgia.
