For someone who has never been into fitness... I now love training! James works me hard every session, mixing it up and keeping me motivated. Plus the added benefit of a banging sound system and lots of laughing despite my moaning! I feel better both physically and mentally, have lost weight and toned up, all with only the slightest tweaks to my diet. I even managed to get into a pair of 10 year old shorts today (that's after two children!!). Thank James, good luck getting rid of me 😁

I’ve trained with James off and on for over 8 years. His training methods are second to none, his diet and food plans are so detailed and easy to follow without the need to be Gordon Ramsey. If you want to get into the best shape you’ve ever been in both physically and mentally cannot recommend James enough. The aftercare is immense also and I needed to be kept on track with my fitness goals many a time.

James is a great guy, down to earth, professional, patient and very knowledgeable, with a fab gym set in a beautiful location. Love how he focuses on tailoring a routine just for me and how he mixes it up. He makes working out super fun and knows how to get the best out of you, even when you say 'I can't do this' ! I went to James for a few years not only did I lose weight and tone up but I fell in love with the gym again! Knowing what I was doing and just enjoying working out! Post baby I can’t wait to get back in the gym, the knowledge I gained from James was next to none and he’s a brilliant PT. Lovely person and really does tailor the workouts to you.

Wow what can I say James is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and professional. His gym is fantastic and private. He is very supportive and will help keep you on track to smashing your goals. Not only having private PT sessions but he is also a nutritionist, the changes to my diet have been amazing I'm truly grateful for his support. I cannot recommend him enough! Thanks James.
