  • Mark is fantastic as a trainer. He is focussed and interested in making workouts interesting and fun. Also he is diligent with his scheduling and makes sure he always follows up on your needs. Would highly recommend !

  • Fantastic trainer! Far from a generalist, he is more of a specialist with what I have experienced when training with Mark. He knew exactly what I personally needed, and created a unique training plan that is helping my body adapt perfectly and exactly the way he said it would.   • I had an excellent experience training with Mark. The best thing about him is he really does listen to your goals and adjust according to them. I never felt like he was pushing me in a direction that I didn't want to go in, but at the same time he kept challenging me to smash new goals.
