Local and members bar. Nice staff. Also home to Queens Park chess club

I'm a member of an Edinburgh bowling club who has a twice a year friendly, home and away, against the club and is very popular with locals, it is in a building that dates back to victorian times and still maintains many characteristics of the era. The club has two greens which are well looked after and is run by a group of members who take pride in the Wellcroft name. A great place to visit and will certainly be back in the near future.

Great characters, cheap drink and good company. Join up for a game of bowls, pool, darts and a cheap bevy!!!!

Nice venue for 21st party. Drinks were cheap and easy to park nearby.

Great place, fantastic staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend 5 stars are not enough.
