I attended the wellbeingmind Mental Health Awareness and Mindfulness course led by Sharon and I have also had the pleasure of attending mindfulness sessions with Sharon. She is incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled at being able to discuss topics in a way that everyone in her presence can relate to and understand. Each session with Sharon has been well paced and has felt like an incredibly warm and safe environment. I have no hesitation in recommending Sharon, she is a fabulous teacher.

I attended the wellbeingmind Mental Health First Aid course which Sharon led. She is very knowledgeable but more importantly able to impart that knowledge in a very accessible way. Sharon’s mindfulness class is my favourite time of the week! I was introduced to mindfulness as a way to manage stress and anxiety. Wellbeingmind popped up on my newsfeed at just the right time at the beginning of the first lockdown. As I had time I signed up and am so glad I did.
