I have found that Ellie's uplifting, positive approach to these training sessions, together with her openness about struggling with anxiety and how exercise is important on a mental as well as physical level has helped motivate me to train with her remotely at a time when my own health has been less than desirable and life's challenges have been leaving me overwhelmed at times. These sessions leave me feeling great, not alone and ready to take on whatever the day may bring! "
