  • Wellbeing is a good gym, with a very personal flavour. Cathal is an excellent personal trainer. He watches the body movement very carefully and tracks issues and injuries carefully. He always has a program planned and changes it to suit the conditions presented on the day. great job!

Consistently friendly and supportive - motivating you to reach your goals. Been so great to get back into the studio consistently too recently.   • The premises are small, but they offer a large range of treatments and courses. You get more of a personal experience in smaller classes.

  • Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I love the way the trainers always find time to check that everyone is OK; and tailor the exercises to suit. They certainly keep us on our toes in the bootcamp classes, and encourage us to give of our best throughout the duration of the class - especially towards the end, when we're all flagging a bit.
