David has made the gym an enjoyable place to be for me, whether this is through his high energy classes or pushing me in our PT & pad-work sessions (especially when I have had too much to drink the night before – never admit to this!) David is extremely professional and supportive and will communicate all exercises each week. I would 100% recommend David – thank you!

Since starting pad-work sessions with David in March I have become more confident not only in tackling the gym alone, but also more confident within myself. David is super friendly and approachable and his attention to detail is first class. He is very knowledgable and will happily answer all of my questions thoroughly. I always feel comfortable during my PT sessions and I look forward to each one. I would highly recommend David to anyone. He is the best PT! 🌟

David has been my PT for about 6 weeks now and I am so pleased with the progress I've made so far that I wouldn't have been able to do by myself. The sessions are hard work, but really fun and I look forward to them. As well as providing a training plan, there are also emails with information about training and nutrition to keep you motivated. The padwork sessions are also great fun! These sessions have made me feel more confident about using the gym, especially the weights area.

David is amazing have participated in all his classes. He makes you feel at ease no matter level of fitness. He ensures you have correct technique. Have had bad experiences with Personal trainers, only wish I knew David then. I am currently loving my pad work. Even though my co-ordination is awful. I can be myself with David he is just a lovely guy. I highly recommend David you will not be disappointed.

David is an excellent trainer, is very knowledgeable and has a great understanding of each clients individual goals. I can see how the gym environment could be quite daunting to some but David is great at putting you at ease, providing support and pushing you to work hard and achieve your aims. He’s also great fun to train with - would recommend to anyone!
