  • I started here in January, as I wanted to take my fitness levels up more and learn/ use different equipment. I'm really enjoying being push beyond my levels and more importantly learning how to do things properly. Vito and Fiona really listen to you and help you with any goals you have!

  • Such a positive experience! I only joined for 6 weeks and in that short space of time, Vito managed to get me out of my rut of thinking I was no longer fit and able to train hard! Yes there was lots of sweat, lots of hearing that, 'nothing worse could happen that day!' but there was also lots of smiles and the most amazing feeling of realising for myself that I am able to work hard and keep fit, regardless of my age!   • After a web chat introduction about my goals and what Weights for Soul offer, I decided to sign up for the 6 week challenge I lost ~8Kg and significantly improved by fitness levels during the challenge!   • Amazing. Vito and Fiona really know their stuff and go the extra mile with help and support. Small group sessions to suit anyone. Ladies only, Gents only or Ladies and Gents mixed sessions with various times Mon - Sat. Workouts are fun and get switched about with mini games inbetween each exercise so no day is same.

  • I have been going to Weights For Soul for a few years now. I love the group classes and style of training Vito uses. The sessions are always fun and a enjoyable for all ages, shapes and sizes. My fitness has 100% improved as well as my mental health. After having my first child I got back into training with WFS. Vito was very understanding and didn’t push me too hard whilst I got back into the stride of things. Get involved with the group sessions you won’t regret it.
