All coach are very helpful in what goals you want to achieve, and love when you ask questions and ask for advice. Highly recommend this gym to people.

I highly recommend this gym. All the staff are very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome at my free taster session. The classes are superb and there is always lots of encouragement from the instructors to make you work hard. I have always felt intimidated at gyms and never attempted to use weights but here, i have been shown how to do workouts correctly and safely and there is always someone available to help you if needed. ☆☆☆☆☆

If you're not a gym person, this is the gym for you. Be it boxing, body building or blasting the beer belly, Wath Health and Fitness Hub will guide and support you all the way. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and will aid and support you during every session - even tailoring training plans to meet your needs. Fantastic gym, the classes will give you a good workout and push your progress. The instructors give you the encouragement to push on when they see you're flagging and know their stuff. I would recommend to anyone to give it a go, I much prefer it to a traditional gym, where you get given a routine and the left to it. Every session is different and very affective.
