A ‘conveyor belt’ of kids, as was described by the Head Coach. They are unwilling to work with kids in the local community unless they’re on a pathway to compete. Those who do not meet that requirement are not welcome, irrespective of their passion or interest in the sport. The club may have had a lick of paint, but it no longer represents the community like it used to.
