  • Very supportive yoga instructor. I started from scratch after injuries and therefore many years not exercising. Lisa clearly understands the emotional process of getting back into exercise and yoga and is totally supportive and adaptive. Going twice a week where possible!! It’s also great to do yoga really locally in Hyson Green too 🙏🏻💐

  • Perfect for beginners such as myself, mats and equipment are provided. Lisa explains all the techniques she uses with us such as the breathing and why it’s so important. I also found that although I attend the beginners class, I wasn’t waiting around too long to get started and actually managed to do some real yoga moves in the first class, gently to start but Lisa soon had me doing downward dog like a pro!
