I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. Amazing!!! Best trainer yet he is so inspirational and motivating. Jimmy brings out the best in every training session. His energy, drive, attitude and presence is on another level and he really knows his stuff. I never had faith in finding a good trainer until now. He helped me achieve my goals while having fun at the same time! I saw results every week.. I would definitely recommend!

I have found Jimmy Fogel incredibly professional and efficient.I have learned so much not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work.
