I attended an open day and applied to the course I was interested in just after christmas. Apart from an auto email acknowledgement I heard nothing. I telephoned 3 times over the next few months and no-one knew anything. Finally I was given the number of the curriculum manager and told they weren't sure they were running the course and would know in a week. This was about a month ago and still no official response. Treating potential students with contempt like this does not go down well.
