I started attending the Wallbank Twins Circuit Class on a Wednesday, when it first started out. Both Sam and Joe make you feel so comfortable, working out in a relaxed environment with others. They’ve since started their Conditioning Class on a Monday - they certainly put your through your paces but I always leave feeling so positive from the workout, experience and encouragement received!

Two top quality lads that provide a top quality service. I’ve watched these two dedicate years of learning and adapting, from gym instructors to passionate and top tier knowledge Personal trainers and well-being coaches…. The best of the best. It’s not just about the exercise which they are exceptional at but it’s also the personal experience and genuine characters that shines through always.
