I really liked the end result of my hair. I had asked for a balayage on my virgin hair and so I was nervous walking in but excited. I have to just state that going in I sadly didn’t feel very welcomed, I was nervous and felt the stylists weren’t very friendly or chatty which I usually expect. I’ve since been elsewhere and had a very different more positive experience, good price, but would rather pay a bit more for a better experience.

The salon itself is really nice, not sure i would book again though. I booked quite a last minute appointment based off of a recommendation. I ended up having a full head of highlights and toner. I can't remember the name of the girl who did my hair. She sectioned my hair well although it wasn't as fine as I would've liked. I have quite a big blonde streak at the top. When she came to wash out the bleach she rubbed my hair by my scalp so hard I could feel knots forming. Then when brushing out...

Really happy to get a last minute appointment the other day. Went from medium length brunette to blonde bob in one session and the price was reasonable too. Not scissor happy like many hairdressers can be and the colour was perfect, fairly impressive as I didn't have a clue what I wanted when I went in. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone interested in getting a cut and/ or colour 😊

Not impressed at all. My daughter booked an appointment via their Instagram page for me to have a colour and cut done as a birthday treat. It was booked a week ago and was for 5pm on a Thursday 3rd Sept. We drove all the way from Bristol and upon arrival was asked for my name and what I was having done. This was followed by a puzzled look from the girl who then went to speak with the colourist. She then came over said she could not do it as she was leaving at 6pm, moaned she was the only one...

Awful experience with this salon. I asked for very subtle auburn tones to be put through my dark hair and I even showed a photo of the exact look I was aiming for. Steph put BLEACH on my dark hair for some reason and didn’t even check the foils once in 1.5 hours. The foils were not looked at once only when the young girl was asked to wash it off.
