When I first walked into this gym as a beginner I felt so welcome straight away. The coaches are brilliant and will push you to improve. My younger sister enjoys the kids’ classes a lot. Since training at Viva both my fitness levels and my confidence have improved so much, cannot recommend this gym highly enough

Great training environment, great coaches and a friendly atmosphere. There are no egos, just like minded people who want to train and better themselves. Been training at the gym since it opened and with the coaches long before that. Highly recommended!
