Vitas really took the mystery out of the gym floor and helped me feel comfortable amongst all the different weights and machines. Vitas came up with a personal plan to help me meet my goals and even supported me with changes to my diet to help me get the nutrition I was missing out on.

Vitas is a great personal trainer and a really nice guy. He always put together something different so I didn’t get bored. I liked that he also Incorporated some yoga and mobility work into the sessions also!

I have been training with Vitas for about a year now. I decided to take up boxing about a year ago to get into shape and signed up to charity event. I’ve been training with Vitas for over three years now, including before, during and after pregnancy. He really tailors the sessions to your own personal goals and has completely changed my mindset about exercise. I now look forward to training, not only because of how it makes me feel, but because Vitas also injects a sense of fun into our sessions.
