I love the way that she plans the classes and explains precisely how to do each move properly and how to use the breath in each exercise. The on-line classes are brilliant, you can pick and choose from a variety of class lengths and focus on different areas of the body.   • About twenty minutes a day is all it takes to work miracles. I have gained core strength, balance and discovered how to keep my back supple so that gardening is not a painful experience even at the age of 72.   • I attended Jana's Perimenopause Journey workshop on Zoom basically because I wanted a bit more insight into what awaits us all as women. Jana explained clearly the many ways that we can help our bodies get prepared for and manage the changes about to come. Understanding what's going to happen can remove the fear - the meeting did just that. And in the comfort of my own home too. I highly recommend this course.
