Ted and Lorraine are great. I have been going to Vital Exercise for nearly six months and it has been very rewarding. The bespoke plan that Ted has managed and compiled for me has been challenging, very rewarding and has really kept me motivated. Ted and Lorraine are both knowledgeable trainers and tailor our sessions to suit our age, ability and goals. I have been attending just one weekly session for more than 15 weeks and my strength, endurance and stamina have increased greatly. I have lost fat, gained muscle and confidence.
