Course wasn't too bad . Finished the course in April. Now it's end of September no certificate. I have been sending numerous emails no responses. Finally someone send poor excuse for email to confirm that I have passed the course but it's not good enough for employers. Unfortunately I would not recommend them. Too much hustle and poor communication. I understand it's been more challenging with Covid 19..but everyone can reply to an email now days, no excuse. I doubt I will ever get my certif...

Signed up and completed my course. Completely free great online help from my tutor. And my certificate arrived within a week or so of my congratulations Email. Currently just finished my 2nd course. Highly recommended

I have completed course Equality and Diversity Level 2 on 30th August 2017. tutor and study material was very good, I happy that I have completed the course But only disappointed thing is that I haven't receive certificate from college.

I have just completed the customer service course level 2. It was a great course with lots of support if required. The tutor was excellent and very helpful and supportive. I would recommend the course to everyone. be prepared to work as there are deadlines. The end result is a certificate and knowledge. Best of all this course was free. Vision to learn are excellent facilitators and will help you with any problems related to using there site. They are friendly and so professional. Thank you...
