I did 12 sessions with Jay, and thoroughly recommend him as a PT. Jay spent time focusing on technique and my key areas of weakness, ensuring I had a solid base from which to build strength. Through Jay I learned many different techniques to build strength without injury, which I continue to use. He also has significant knowledge about all aspects of physical health which he shared through these sessions.

Jay is one of the best coaches I’ve encountered. I had a lot of competitive experience but wanted to fine tune my Olympic weightlifting, mobility and fitness. Jay created a tailored plan that focused on these areas and I saw tremendous improvement through the course of the cycle. He also taught me about the importance of recovery which allowed me to gain even more from my training sessions. I couldn’t recommend Jay highly enough!
