An enthusiastic and informed, native team started our experience with green tea and a useful illustrated introduction to Vietnam. The cooking was well led, demonstrated and supervised ensuring that we all enjoyed preparing and putting together our individual meals; and dietary restrictions were catered for. My wife and I attended the Vietcentric cooking course on Saturday 25th Feb and we had a great time. The talk was really interesting and gave us a good insight into Vietnam. The team were really good hosts. We enjoyed the cooking experience and even better was eating what we cooked. We would defiantly go back again.

We did a private Vietnamese cooking course here with 4 people. It was really wonderful! After listening to some nice background information about Vietnam in a little powerpoint presentation, while drinking green tea, we made (fried) spring rolls from scratch and salmon in a claypot. My husband and I attended the Saturday class and we had such a wonderful time! Not only did we learn to cook two high quality Vietnamese meals, we learnt a lot about Vietnamese culture and language. The session finished with a tea ceremony, which was a great learning experience and incredibly calming. The staff were absolutely lovely! Afterwards they sent the recipes we cooked to us along with an additional one, which I'll be recreating for my husband's sister as she gifted the class to us! ...

Went to the Saturday cooking class and have to say it was incredible! The staff were so attentive and patient. The food was delicious and they even sent out the recipes afterwards. They adapted everything for dietary requirements and everyone got one to one attention throughout. Was lovely to hear about Vietnamese culture from the staff and take part in a tea ceremony. Could not recommend enough!
