Everything you want in a piano teacher, patient, creative and professional. My 8 year old son really enjoys his lessons, either in person or online, which for us is great when busy. All lessons seem fun and well structured. A definite recommendation.

Our daughter is 15 and has just got distinction in grade 8 piano - she has had a distinction in every exam she has done with Vic, which is a huge compliment to Vic. What is more important to us is that our daughter absolutely loves her lessons & has so much fun with Vic. As a result of enjoying the lessons so much, our daughter had the confidence to begin teaching others aged 13 - Vic is relaxed, cheerful :) & every lesson has purpose. Our younger daughter has also excelled & loves the less...

I am an adult on the wrong side of 60. I have been learning with Victoria for about three years. I have had a number of piano teachers in the past and Victoria is by far the best. She is very patient , encouraging and persistent. She is a highly skilled musician with wide experience and knowledge and this shows in her teaching. Somehow or other she coaxed me through grade 6 of the ABRSM exams and if she was able to get me through that she can do anything! I have no hesitation in recommen...

I’ve taken weekly lessons from Victoria for the last few years. She’s a great teacher combining good humour and attention to detail in all the areas of learning and playing. She has in-depth knowledge and professional working experience of both classical and Jazz and can always explain things in understandable terms. Since March 2020 we’ve switched to online lessons and they work just as well as face to face but without the need to travel. I’d highly recommend Victoria as a teacher.

I've been taking lessons with Victoria for a few years. I have progressed from Grade 1 and am now tackling Grade 4. She's good with adult learners like me, and pays attention to detail in one's playing to help bring the music alive. She's also a professional musician, which I think is important if you want to progress beyond grades.
