Wonderful relaxing classes with great yoga

A very enjoyable course allowing everyone to work at their own pace. Although the course has now ended I am continuing to use the learnings by practicing the movements and the breathing techniques. The course is very helpful for relieving stress and anxiety and Vicky is an excellent teacher.

Due to health problems & not exercising for many years I was worried I would not be able to keep up with the class. I couldn’t have been more wrong, week after week I became stronger, more confident but most of all I enjoyed Vicky’s teaching, she makes you feel relaxed, no pressure is put on you to do the same as others. I will definitely be signing up for another term.

Yoga with Victoria Mathieson is quite simply what yoga is designed to do; create balance of mind and body and to create or enhance a peaceful spirit. A rare yoga experience where the silence within is found. Thank you Vicky 🌹
