I have been seeing Vicky for 1:1 sessions for the past 3 years and she is a fantastic personal trainer and pilates teacher. Vicky always takes into account your needs and tailors the sessions to you- as well as offering fantastic health and fitness advice. Thoroughly enjoy our sessions each week and feel so much happier and healthier- would recommend to all!

Vicky is amazing! I had wanted to try reformer pilates for a while and I'm so pleased I found her in Bow. I've been coming once a week for about 6 weeks and already feel stronger and more aware of my posture. She's also given me tips on how to do certain exercises in gym classes to protect my posture and avoid injuries which have been great! She's also super friendly and positive so always a treat to have a session with her :) thanks Vicky!

I’ve had PT sessions with Vicky now for over 10 years. From the beginning she’s been encouraging, pushing me without being pushy, always with a smile. Since lockdown she’s been the main thing keeping me sane! Her online classes and online or in person (outdoor even in the cold, wind and rain) PT sessions are welcome relief from the boredom that we’re all coping with. I've been going to Vicky's Pilates classes (both online and 'real-life') for over a year and made so much progress I started PT sessions with her. I'm hypermobile and due to that have a few issues - I have to be really careful with exercise alongside my physiotherapy. Vicky has a great knowledge of physiology and clearly communicates exactly which muscles to use and how. I've made more progress building strength and stability than I thought possible.

Vicky has been my PT for several years and I now go to her Pilates classes. She has somehow managed to turn a pretty lazy me into someone who now enjoys exercising and actually misses the gym when I can’t get there. She is encouraging and supportive and but really pushes you too! Vicky is always happy to give nutritional help and advice too. During the lockdown she has been inventive with her PT sessions.
