Victoria is an amazing PT, I have been with her on and off for more than a year now and even when I wasnt training with her she was still available for advice! She really does go the extra mile for all her clients, it's not just about what you are doing in the gym with her it's about how you look after yourself and keep on track outside of the gym. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family :)

Victoria is a super friendly person and extremely approachable she makes you feel at ease within the gym. Victoria is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. She helps you to understand what you should eat and why. The advice she offers helps you to maintain the weight loss. Over the past few months, I have had many questions that I have asked Victoria and she has always responded with a helpful solution. She is very supportive and if you aren’t very confident try one of her classes as they are great and suit any ability.

Victoria provides an excellent PT service and offers guidance and support where you need it. I never knew what I was capable of in the gym before doing a session with her and she's also helped improve my posture during certain workout moves so I'm getting the most out of doing that workout. Victoria has been my pt now for just over a year. Victoria is a really good at what she does and has a high knowledge of what exercises are best for what you want to achieve. She is also knowledgeable on diet and nutrition to help you after the gym. My confidence has grown in the gym since having Victoria as my pt. I would highly recommend her.
