  • I approached Vicky for PT sessions as I wanted to build strength to be able to enjoy more water sports. Over the past year, she has completely changed my attitude toward my physical fitness. She's brilliant at adapting our sessions to achieve specific goals like balance and core strength. The best part is that she's on this journey with me, cheering me on and celebrating all the wins along the way. She's an amazing personal trainer and I can't recommend her enough.

  • Booking Vicky as a personal trainer is one of the best things i’ve done for myself, body and mind. Her sessions are fun, pitched just right so I always feel i’ve had a great workout and always want to come back. Having done little exercise for 12 years I feel great after just 2 months. She is very knowledgeable and will fine tune sessions to the clients needs and preferences - mine combine cardio, muscle tone, yoga and she has introduced me to quite a few new things! She’s brilliant!
