Vic's one to one Yoga sessions are a game changer. She guides with passion, calmness and kindness. You feel empowered, relaxed and motivated to develop your practice and connect with your body again. I was coming back to Yoga after a long absence and she has made it really special.

I love Vic’s yoga class - she’s friendly and knowledgeable and creates just the right vibe to have a good workout out as well as finding space to clear your mind, relax and breathe. She helps guide you to practice in a way that’s clear and focused without taking it all all too seriously! I’m currently doing her outdoor classes in the park and being surrounded by nature is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Vic is a brilliant teacher, I would definitely recommend her! I love going to her classes and feel amazing afterwards. She’s supportive and encouraging, and creates a really welcoming atmosphere in her classes. You work hard but she always gives options for everyone to adapt the practice to what they need and you leave feeling calm, balanced and energised. I’m so happy she’s started teaching classes near me!

This was my first session of outdoor yoga and it was an incredible experience. Victoria made the class feel easy and natural, the exercises reached deep to the forgotten muscles, and calmed the soul. Her smile and warmth was an added bonus and I can’t wait for our next session- the highlight of my week!

Vic's classes are wonderful with the perfect balance between feeling like you've had a really great workout while at the same time coming away feeling completely relaxed. Her direction was clear, easy to follow and the classes flow very nicely. Vic is a lovely warm, welcoming teacher, I would definitely recommend her sessions whatever level your yoga practice is at. The setting in beautiful wells park is perfect.
