  • Nicola's classes are fantastic! I've attended them both in person and online. Her caring approach ensures each class member is happy and getting the most out of the exercise she provides. Exercising with Nicola is always a pleasure. Her yoga and pilates fusion class combines the benefits of relaxing meditation alongside the importance of muscle strengthening and toning required for ongoing fitness.

  • Nicola is a fantastic trainer, she modifies classes through all abilities and levels. I started Pilates after an injury and within just a couple of months am feeling back to confidence and core strength and back starting to run , something I didn't think I'd do for ages!
