I had a very good experience. Very professional cat sitter, took very good care of my cats while I was travelling. The office also answered all questions timely, all payments automated, via bank transfer, reciepts provided.

I have been using VIPs for a couple of years now and the service is always brilliant. Whether it's home visits or boarding, I know my small furries are in safe hands. The peace of mind while you're away from home is worth every penny.

We have used VIP twice now for our cat, both sitters have been great however the latest sitter, Giovanna, was excellent. She updated us daily with photos, always turned up on time we agreed and was generally very friendly. Also our cat is quite shy and even so, he came out of hiding and became comfortable with Giovanna quite quickly. The service from VIP is superb! We have booked the same person (Sarah) twice and couldn't be happier with her. She sent us regular photos and videos as agreed in advance so we could see how happy our cat was with her. This really enabled us to enjoy our holiday as he is quite a shy cat and we were a bit worried about leaving him.
