AVOID. Absolute disgusting behaviour by a member of staff in the bookings team. Rude and abrupt. Called me various times demanding an email (which was being typed out when they called) said she couldn’t do anything about the situation because she worked from home (which is no excuse) That member of staff needs more customer service training clearly. To anyone thinking of using this company I would avoid unless you like being spoken to like a child and getting rude phone calls.
Jigsaw are a great venue finding service who we always find to be supportive and informative. A pleasure to work with and we hope to work with them more in the coming years.
We have mixed experiences dealing with Jigsaw, sometimes the agents are friendly and efficient however far to often they are abrupt and bordering on rude and pushy which is a shame as they obviously are a strong team otherwise.
