Adam has truly helped me learn how to use a gym properly. My confidence has vastly improved and I now use gym kit that I would have never been able to consider using before. His calm, positive manner really puts you at ease and his immense knowledge and experience is a genuine bonus. I cannot recommend Adam enough.

I had some great sessions with Adam, he works really hard to find exercises that work for you. He gives a nice balance of encouragement without pushing you being your limits, but still makes sure you work hard. Adam also made some amazing recipe suggestions that would help me to reach my goals and kept track of progress, keeping you in track. Gutted I moved away, otherwise I would still have sessions with Adam.

Adam is very friendly. He was a good coach for me, Someone who had previously only used the gym for cardio. I worked with him for about four months in order to be able to complete the rat race which is a 20 mile obstacle course. I’m happy to say that I did it. Before the race I was only able to run a 5K so was astounded when I finished all 20 miles. I think it is largely down to the strength based training we did. Great coach who helped me improve the range of motion and strength in my knee after an injury. Will push you but listens and knows when to stop too. Great at adapting based on any physical or mental health needs. Not a full time vegan myself for health reasons but it was interesting to learn some useful recipes and cooking tips tailored to my gym goals.
