I’ve trained with G many times over the last couple of years. He is an excellent instructor- very friendly and knowledgeable. 100% recommend him whether you are new to your fitness journey, need to polish your technique or learn a new discipline. I love his Yoga classes too! Thanks G.

G is a great trainer and I'd totally recommend him! Over the last 8 weeks I've got loads stronger and fitter, have better muscle tone and lots more energy too. I'm really happy with my results so far and he's given me some brilliant advice for continuing to improve. Thank you so much! :)

G is exacting, precise and demanding - but observant and sympathetic and always with great advice. I asked to be pushed and he does just that. He has improved my overall approach to training significantly, even when I'm training on my own. Excellent! The best PT I've had (and I trained with 5 or 6 when I was competing in triathlons).

Have been training with G for about a year, doing a combination of fitness and yoga. I hadn’t been training for quite some time so decided to sign up with G to get myself back on track - so glad I did! He is an excellent trainer, encouraging me to push to the best of my capabilities, and I’m definitely seeing results! “G” is more than just a coach, and offers a unique training experience. He taught me technique, how to push to my limit and up the tempo each week. More than that though he responded to how I felt on a training day and adapted my plan accordingly. He is a great coach to help physically and support mentally with a varied skill set that I really felt was built around me. Would highly recommend.
