Really good set-up, well padded floor, nice amount of bags, nice sized floor area plenty of room to move around. I know the gym is still in its early days so am sure it will continue to get even better. Staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming with no big egos everyone seems to be here just to learn and have fun

Great club for all abilities. The friendly, patient, knowledgeable Instructors Dean and Emma are amazing. Training partners of all levels so nothing to be put off by.
