The instructor Ijaz is exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, but also an excellent teacher. I went on my own and thoroughly enjoyed my time training. After even just one session I feel better prepared to defend myself.

Having a few one to one sessions was a great way to get back into martial arts after a few years off. Ijaz was great in tailoring the sessions to my ability and preference so I would highly recommend it for anyone who is a complete beginner or has experience already.

Great class combining reality based scenarios and functional fitness. The technique drills are very informative and immediately you are able to determine how easily what you are learning can be implemented. Throughly recommend as a practical means of self defence

From my first session I felt fully involved and a part of the class which gave me loads of confidence to push myself within the class
